Q. Do you offer free roof surveys and written quotes?+
Yes. We’ll visit at a convenient time, assess the roof, share photos of any issues and provide a clear, itemised quotation with options where helpful.
Q. How quickly can you attend a roof leak or storm damage?+
Urgent leaks are prioritised. We aim to make safe quickly with temporary measures if needed, then schedule a permanent repair as soon as conditions allow.
Q. What roofing systems do you work with?+
We handle tiled and slated pitched roofs, and flat roofs in EPDM, GRP and high-performance felt. We also carry out leadwork, chimneys and roofline upgrades.
Q. Are you insured and do you provide guarantees?+
We’re fully insured and all work is guaranteed. New installations carry warranties of up to 10 years, depending on the system and manufacturer specification.
Q. Can you repair instead of replacing the whole roof?+
Where condition allows, we carry out targeted repairs to address the root cause—saving cost and disruption. If replacement is better value, we’ll explain why.
Q. How long does a typical re-roof take?+
Most house re-roofs take 3–7 working days, depending on size, access and weather. We agree a programme in advance and keep you updated throughout.
Q. Do you supply scaffolding and handle access?+
Yes. We arrange safe access (scaffold or MEWP) with accredited partners and provide the necessary safety documentation for the works.
Q. What about tidiness and waste removal?+
We protect work areas, keep the site tidy and remove all waste for responsible disposal. On completion, we sweep down and walk you through the finished work.
